Imagine that a chip implant in your head could make your thoughts control prosthetic parts of your bodies. This sound like a total utopian fantasy but actually, it is not. Meet Dr Robin Augustine, Associate Professor in Medical Engineering – Uppsala University, who is working in the EU project B-CRATOS where researchers are taking the first steps towards making this a reality and the age of cyborgs.
